What products can I return?

Regarding unwanted products, we offer a 14-day return period for unused products. Must be in original condition and unopened packaging.

If a product is delivered with damaged integrity, please contact customer service. Please report damaged products within 5 days of receipt so we can refund your account or replace the product.

How do I return products?

You are responsible for all return shipping charges if the product is not damaged.

Damaged items are returned at our expense. You will receive information from the customer service department. 

How long does it take for a refund to my bank account?

Once we have received and inspected the products we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the products.

Your account will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
